Bath & Body Works Launches 'Investing in You' Program for Associate Growth and Wellness

Bath & Body Works today unveiled a new initiative called ‘Investing in You,’ a comprehensive suite of programs and benefits aimed at supporting associates in their personal and professional growth.
 
‘Investing in You’ is designed to promote associate development, career advancement, and retention by providing educational opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and resources for financial stability and overall well-being.
 
These benefits are available to all eligible U.S. associates, including those working in stores, distribution centers, and the home office. The offerings include:
 
Guild Education: This platform provides access to tuition-free education, career mobility, and financial freedom through flexible online courses at reputable institutions. Associates can earn GEDs, associate, bachelor’s, and graduate degrees, as well as certifications. Dream Brightly Scholarship Fund: Each year, 20 scholarships of $5,000 each are available to U.S. associates and their dependents or spouses for post-secondary education. Otterbein Advantage Scholarship: Associates, their spouses/domestic partners, and their dependent children can receive discounted tuition at Otterbein University, a private university in Westerville, Ohio. Tuition Reimbursement: Associates can receive up to $3,000 per calendar year for work-related undergraduate, graduate, or GED coursework. Daily Pay: This service allows associates to access a portion of their earned wages before the scheduled payday. Wellness Center: Located at the company’s Columbus headquarters, this full-service healthcare facility offers affordable and convenient medical and wellness services.
