One way of achieving this above mentioned goal is to compensate “all employees for up to 8 hours per year” for volunteering in organisations that they choose by themselves. Likewise, the employees of Antea have volunteered in cleaning a river, helped to replenish food bank’s stock, and planted vegetables.
