Employees of Grand Gulf Nuclear Station recently contributed approximately 300 pounds of food to the Triumph Food Pantry, which serves over 350 families each month in the Vicksburg, Mississippi area.

"My wife and I make it a point to support a meaningful cause every year," shared Anthony Farrell, a project manager at Grand Gulf. Farrell played a key role in gathering food and monetary donations for the pantry and assisted in unloading 15,000 pounds of food to distribute to local families.

“They are always in need of volunteers,” Farrell noted. “It was incredibly humbling to help families who rely on these donations. So many people depend on this support.”

As Grand Gulf celebrates 40 years of providing clean, carbon-free electricity, employees continue to give back to their communities through volunteer efforts like this.
