Integrating DEI for Sustainable Innovation and Ethical Business Practices

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
DEI principles are central to our sustainability agenda. By integrating DEI into our sustainability initiatives, we create a comprehensive approach that addresses both environmental and societal challenges, guiding us toward a future that is fair and sustainable for all. This is reflected in our commitment to social sustainability, particularly our dedication to the UN's Sustainable Development Goal 5. Additionally, diverse and inclusive teams drive innovation, helping us achieve broader sustainability objectives, such as the development of low-carbon materials.

Embracing DEI is not only the ethical choice but also a strategic one. It's a reflection of who we are as a company and who we aspire to be.
