Bath & Body Works placed among America's Greatest Workplaces for LGBTQ+ Employees
Bath & Body Works has been named to Newsweek's list of America's Greatest Workplaces for LGBTQ+ Employees.
The publication identified companies based on a sample of more than 57,000 LGBTQ+ employees in collaboration with data firm partner Plant-A Insights Group. Companies on this list performed best in areas such as corporate culture, working environment, work-life balance, training and career advancement, compensation and benefits, sustainability awareness, and proactive management of a diverse workforce.
