Duke Energy: Championing LGBTQ+ Inclusion and Leading the Clean Energy Transition
As June draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the remarkable passion and advocacy demonstrated within our organization and our broader communities. I am especially grateful for our five LGBTQ+ employee resource groups (ERGs) and the significant contributions they make to fostering an inclusive workplace.

Throughout this month and all year long, we create psychologically safe spaces for LGBTQ+ employees and allies through both internal events and external outreach efforts. A heartfelt thank you goes out to our ERG sponsors, officers, and members for your unwavering support. Your efforts make a meaningful impact every single month.
