Quest Diagnostics, a prominent provider of diagnostic information services, has once again earned a place on Fortune magazine’s list of the World's Most Admired Companies for 2025. This marks the 11th consecutive year that the company has been recognized among the world’s most respected organizations.
The selection process evaluates companies based on nine key factors related to corporate reputation, including product and service quality, innovation, corporate and social responsibility, and talent management.
Jim Davis, Chairman, CEO, and President of Quest Diagnostics, credited the company’s success to its dedicated workforce.
"Each day, our more than 55,000 colleagues bring our mission to life—collaborating to create a healthier world, one individual at a time. Their dedication to serving our customers and patients is the reason we continue to receive this prestigious recognition," he said.
In addition to its overall recognition, Quest secured the third spot in the "Health Care: Pharmacy and Other Services" industry category. The company also ranked among the top one or two positions in seven of the nine evaluation criteria, including management quality, long-term investment, product and service excellence, social responsibility, and people management.
Fortune, in partnership with consulting firm Korn Ferry, conducted a comprehensive survey of thousands of executives, directors, and analysts, assessing 650 companies across various industries. To earn a place on the list, a company must rank in the top half of its industry based on overall survey results.
