Sustainable Diets Webinar Recap: Insights from Griffith Foods and Worldchefs

In October 2023, Griffith Foods had the honor of conducting a webinar titled “Nourishing the World: A Primer for Sustainable Diets,” in collaboration with Worldchefs - World Association of Chefs’ Societies. The webinar featured Griffith Foods specialists Chef Mark Serice, Jackie Schulz, MS, RDN, and Kim Frankovich, who discussed a range of subjects, including the significance and meaning of sustainable diets, the effects of our food system, insights from the UN Food Systems Summit, and numerous demonstrations of sustainable cooking.

The session was attended by a large number of chefs and industry professionals from all over the world.
