The webinar featured Griffith Foods specialists Chef Mark Serice, Jackie Schulz, MS, RDN, and Kim Frankovich, who discussed a range of subjects, including the significance and meaning of sustainable diets, the effects of our food system, insights from the UN Food Systems Summit, and numerous demonstrations of sustainable cooking.
