This year's survey findings indicate a significant shift in how organizations worldwide perceive societal changes, global uncertainties, and their dedication to creating diverse and inclusive environments.
Lenovo's exceptional performance spans all benchmark categories, notably excelling in Policy and Communication (increased by 15%), Societal Impact (surged by 48%), and Workplace Awareness (rose by 11%). Noteworthy initiatives include the launch of new Lenovo PRIDE ERG Chapters in Romania and South Africa. These scores underscore Lenovo's commitment to promoting inclusion for its employee communities in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Additionally, at the Workplace Pride Impact Awards Gala, Razvan Bran, Senior Manager, Customer Demand, Infrastructure Solutions Group, Lenovo EMEA, received the "Volunteer of the Year Impact Award."
