Festive Extravaganza: Sands China and Marina Bay Sands Spread Cheer with Musical Performances, Gift Giving, and Community Engagement
Volunteerism and winter festivities were at the forefront in November and December, with Sands Team Members actively engaging in various programs such as local charitable activities, holiday events, and roadshows across different regions.

In Sands' global locations, several holiday initiatives took place, exemplifying the spirit of giving and celebration:

Las Vegas: Corporate Team Members took part in holiday volunteer activities, including joining the annual Las Vegas Great Santa Run organized by Opportunity Village. This run aimed to raise funds for the organization's mission of serving individuals with intellectual and related disabilities. Seventy Team Members participated in this early December event. Additionally, corporate Team Members contributed to decorating for the holidays at East Valley Family Services, a nonprofit supporting Las Vegas families with various resources.

Macau: Sands China demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility by donating MOP 300,000 (approximately $37,500) to Caritas Macau for the 54th Charity Bazaar and the 2023 Charity Run. This marked the company's 20th year supporting Caritas Macau, with Sands Cares Ambassadors actively participating in the events.

The Ambassador program, initiated in 2009, has seen over 3,300 volunteers from all Sands China properties contributing more than 302,000 hours of community service. In December, Sands China collaborated with the Macau Band Directors Association for the Sands China Performing Arts Program Outreach Series – Winter Showcase.

This initiative, supported by the Cultural Affairs Bureau, featured three community performances with over 230 musicians from Macao and Japan. The outdoor concerts at The Venetian® Macao and the Macao Cultural Centre Square provided a unique opportunity for the public to enjoy wind music during the winter season.
