We understand that our hybrid workplace model, with some employees in offices and others working remotely, can sometimes create physical and temporal distance between teams. That's why we're committed to fostering an environment that promotes communication and collaboration between all of our employees, regardless of where they are.
We believe in creating meaningful opportunities for engagement and cultivating an inclusive community. That's why we've established 11 employee resource groups (ERGs) that bring together employees around common missions, identities, affinities, and interests. These groups are not exclusive, as they often include allies and champions who share the same goals and values.
Our ERGs provide a community for employees to build relationships, enhance their own and others' professional development, participate in corporate projects and programs, learn from one another, and most importantly, have fun! By fostering a supportive and inclusive culture, we empower our employees to do their best work and create a more connected and collaborative workplace for everyone.
