“Caring for people brings me joy in many ways—whether it’s a kind note, a listening ear, or simply offering encouragement. I&D is about making everyone feel included, fostering a sense of belonging, and allowing individuals to bring their authentic selves to work. By being kind and supportive on a personal level, I can contribute to meaningful change.”
