U.S. Bank Access to Ascend: Elevating Future Real Estate Leaders Through Innovative Training and Partnerships

The U.S. Bank Access to Ascend Bridge Program aims to educate students on commercial real estate investment, tax equity products, and finance. This is achieved through a variety of methods including case studies, specialized workshops, both virtual and in-person training, site visits to U.S. Bank’s headquarters, and sessions with U.S. Bank executives.
 
This initiative builds on the bank's collaboration with Project Destined, a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating the next generation of real estate leaders by linking diverse students with opportunities in corporate America.
 
Dhiren Patel, head of Commercial Real Estate Deposit and Payment Solutions, remarked, “The partnership with Project Destined is impactful because it enables students to acquire skills that prepare them for diverse career growth opportunities.” He added that these skills help students advance professionally and step into rewarding positions and leadership roles.
