Businesses across the nation are eager to hire, but a significant obstacle is the housing shortage. Many potential employees are unable to take jobs in new cities because there simply aren't enough homes available for them to move into. The U.S. faces a shortfall of around 4.5 million houses, with Wisconsin needing at least 140,000 new housing units by 2030. In Sheboygan County, four family-owned businesses are joining forces to help new employees become homeowners. Correspondent Jessica Gomez visits the area to meet the business owners leading this initiative.
