Kohler sponsored for the “shower facilities at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival” that took place in Tennessee between the 9th of June 2016 to 12th of June 2016. During this festival urged the “concertgoers” to “take the #CommitToSix pledge” before taking their showers, besides singing with the KOHLER Moxie Bluetooth-enabled showerheads in the facilities”.
The company urges people to take the pledge at kohler.com/commit, whereby your one single commit will contribute as a “$1” which Kohler along with Bonnaroo Works Fund will donate “to The Nature Conservancy, up to $10,000”. The fund received thus will be used for restoring the “nearby Duck River” that meanders through the “middle of Tennessee” and has been the Bonnaroo festival’s source of water.
Additionally, the consumers or any other attendees were encouraged to “install WaterSense-labeled showerheads in their homes if they haven’t already” in order to bring down their water consumption by at least twenty percent. Kohler is hopeful that the #CommitToSix pledge will extend beyond the festival for which “water-conscious” citizens are requested to join in the effort by “visiting” the “kohler.com/commit between June 6 and August 31 and pledging to reduce their shower time”.
