Pete Bardonaro Empowers Kids with Disabilities Through Adaptive Baseball League

As a Small Business specialist sales manager, Pete Bardonaro’s role involves understanding the unique needs of his clients and providing tailored solutions. He brings this same dedication to his position as president of the Englewood Little League in Dayton, Ohio, which includes overseeing the Challenger Baseball League—a specially designed league for children with disabilities.
 
This adaptive league supports boys and girls ages 4 to 22 who are still in high school. Bardonaro and other league leaders create innovative equipment, like a mechanical bat that players can operate with a button, to ensure everyone can participate.
