Whole Cities Community First Grant: Supporting Fresh Food Access & Nutrition Education

The Whole Cities Community First Grant Program supports nonprofits dedicated to enhancing long-term access to fresh, healthy food and nutrition education, with an emphasis on engagement with Team Members. This includes initiatives like community gardens, mobile markets, and healthy cooking classes. Founded in 2014, Whole Cities aims to boost individual and community health through partnerships, education, and expanded access to nutritious food across the U.S. and Canada. The initiative has collaborated with over 250 local organizations in more than 130 cities to develop vibrant food systems and promote community health.
