Regency Centers Earns Top Spot on Newsweek's America's Most Responsible Companies List 2024

For the fifth consecutive year, Regency Centers Corporation, also known as Regency Centers, has secured a prized position on Newsweek's esteemed compilation of America's Most Responsible Companies. In 2024, the Company achieved a notable milestone by advancing to sixth place overall, claiming the top spot in the "Real Estate and Housing" sector.

This ranking assesses corporate responsibility using the ESG framework, which encompasses Environment, Social, and Corporate Governance initiatives. Newsweek, in collaboration with global research and data firm Statista, conducted a comprehensive evaluation considering over 30 metrics. Additionally, an extensive survey was carried out among U.S. residents to assess the corporate responsibility standing of each company.
