Eaton Named One of 2025 World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere
Eaton, a global intelligent power management company, has once again been recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for 2025 by Ethisphere—a leading organization dedicated to promoting best practices in ethical business conduct.

This annual distinction is based on Ethisphere’s proprietary Ethics Quotient, which evaluates companies across more than 240 criteria related to ethics and compliance, corporate governance, organizational culture, social and environmental impact, and responsible business practices throughout the supply chain. Each submission undergoes an in-depth review by Ethisphere’s expert panel, who spend extensive hours assessing every applicant. For 2025, 136 organizations from 19 countries and 44 different industries received the honor. Eaton stood out as one of just 12 companies recognized in the industrial manufacturing sector.

“We’re proud to be acknowledged once again as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies,” said Joe Rodgers, Eaton’s Senior Vice President of Global Ethics and Compliance while adding, “This recognition is something we work hard to achieve every year. Integrity is at the heart of what we do, and I appreciate our employees around the world who bring our values to life every day.”

Rodgers has shared his insights with Ethisphere Magazine over the years, offering thought leadership on topics such as the role of storytelling in promoting ethics and how Eaton’s leadership team takes personal ownership of ethical practices.

Eaton is committed to improving lives and protecting the planet through smart power management solutions. The company serves a wide range of sectors, including data centers, utilities, industrial operations, commercial facilities, residential projects, machine building, aerospace, and mobility.
