Ensuring water security has become one of the most important issues for governments worldwide. Furthermore, a multi-pronged approach is needed to develop optimal life cycle costing models and respond to medium and longer-term priorities. Overly polluted water is frequently much more expensive to treat, acting upstream is indispensable.
