Innovative Storm Restoration: Duke Energy's AIR Tool in Action

I find it amusing when people claim that utilities lack innovation. Clearly, they haven’t witnessed us in storm mode. We harness the technology we’ve developed and apply it to the challenges storms bring—and the results are exceptional. 
 
This video showcases that journey. AIR, a tool designed to accelerate restoration efforts, proved invaluable during Hurricanes Helene and Milton. It’s an in-house creation by Duke Energy Corporation employees, who are deeply invested in the communities they serve because they call them home.
