New Holland Wins 2024 ABX Award for World's First Accessible Tractor
New Holland, a CNH brand, took home the top honor in the "Collaborative Innovation" category at the 2024 ABX (Automotive Business) Awards for its Accessible TL5, the world's first accessible tractor.
This award recognized projects with the potential for significant positive impact, offering innovative solutions that bring new value to the automotive industry, mobility, and society at large.
"We are incredibly proud to receive this award. People with limited mobility, including those in rural areas, seek autonomy in performing their daily tasks. The Accessible TL5 fulfills the essential goal of inclusion by enabling individuals to utilize their full range of skills, removing the barriers that currently prevent many farmers from operating machinery," said Eduardo Kerbauy, New Holland's vice president for Latin America.
Developed in response to the real needs of farmers, the Accessible TL5 was created with direct input from a New Holland customer who uses a wheelchair, underscoring the brand's commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
