Additionally, Ladd will also join the “North America Regional Leadership Committee” of Sudexo as a member. Earlier, Ladd was leading the “growth and client retention initiatives” for “Government North America” in the capacity of its “Senior Vice President of Sales”, while he was also one of the members in Sodexo’s executive team during the establishment of “its formal Government segment” back in the year of 2002.
Ladd has thirty years of experience in global leadership. In the outset of his career he was Marriott Management Services’ “production manager”.
