Cintas: A Top Employer in 2023, Recognized for Diversity and Inclusive Practices
For the second consecutive year, Cintas Corporation has earned a spot on Forbes’ list of America’s Best-in-State Employers 2023. This recognition is given to the top employers in the U.S., evaluated on various factors such as work environment, diversity, remuneration, growth opportunities, and corporate reputation. It also considers the probability of employees suggesting their workplace to their acquaintances and relatives.
“Our 44,500 employee-partners across North America are central to our success,” said Max Langenkamp, Cintas Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer.
“We know that without our employee-partners, we wouldn’t have customers or even a business. Our culture is the foundation upon which we run our business. We believe in treating our employee-partners well, providing both professional and personal support, and creating an environment where they are respected and confident so they can thrive and achieve success. The Forbes’ America’s Best Employers By State 2023 list was compiled in collaboration with the international research company, Statista. A total of 70,000 full-time and part-time employees across all 50 states in the U.S. and the District of Columbia were surveyed. These employees are part of companies that have a workforce of over 500 employees nationwide. The survey participants were asked to rate their employers based on various factors such as work environment, diversity, remuneration, growth potential, and corporate image. They were also asked if they would recommend their employer to their friends and family.
